This time-lapse captures the full installation of a FASTepc piling — start to finish in only 15 minutes. There’s no excavation, no curing delays and no spoil.
Just clean, rapid installation with immediate load-bearing capacity.
The project, filmed in Green Cove Springs, Florida, shows a 35-foot fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) piling being driven seamlessly into place using FASTepc’s ABI Mobilram system.
FASTepc’s patented push pile system represents a breakthrough in foundation technology.
Compared to traditional concrete caissons, it installs up to 89% faster, requires 67% fewer crew members, and reduces project timelines by as much as 75%. Its lightweight, low-vibration installation process makes it ideal for tight urban spaces, sensitive environments, and sites where traditional methods would be too noisy, disruptive, or time-consuming.
Each FRP piling is precision-engineered through advanced geotechnical modeling and finite element analysis, then manufactured using vacuum infusion with vinyl ester resin and steel base plates under AWS, AISC, and ISO 9001 standards. The result is a foundation system that’s stronger, more durable, and better suited for modern infrastructure demands — with a 70% smaller carbon footprint than concrete and near-zero waste generation.
See the difference for yourself.
