Built on experience, driven by innovation

The inside story of how FASTepc’s patented push piling system is changing the world.

FASTepc combines decades of engineering, procurement and construction expertise with a commitment to safer jobsites and projects delivered on time and on budget.

From design to installation: the FASTepc process

Advanced science, precision manufacturing and rapid installation working together to redefine piling

FASTepc begins with science. Our push pile system is designed through advanced geotechnical modeling and finite element analysis built specifically for FRP foundations. Independent full-scale load testing by Terracon and Gannett Fleming validates performance under seismic, soil and structural stress.

From there, precision manufacturing takes over. Each patented piling is molded using vacuum infusion with vinyl ester resin, topped with steel base plates to provide a familiar leveling system. It’s all produced under AWS, AISC and ISO 9001 standards.

On the jobsite, the process becomes proof. Mobilram crews install foundations in minutes, rather than days without excavation, drilling or concrete cure time. The result: immediate super structure readiness, smaller site impact, smaller crews and stronger, cleaner foundations built on engineering.

Design

  • Finite element analysis models soil interaction, structural geometry and load transfer.
  • Independent full-scale testing by Terracon and Gannett Fleming confirmed only 0.5 inches of movement under factored load.

  • During a 2,475-year seismic event, FRP foundations deflected 16 inches but recovered to just 2 inches and 1° of rotation.
  • Layered FRP fabrics increase moment capacity, resist rotation and improve friction performance — sustaining up to 2,000-8,000 ft-kips of ground line moment.
  • Proven resilience in corrosive soils. Suitability in sandy and wet soils, high water tables and strict deflection/rotational limits.

  • Vacuum infusion molding with vinyl ester resin ensures consistency and structural strength.
  • Steel base plates provide a bolt interface for load transfer to the FRP pile.

  • Steel components are hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123/A153 standards.

  • Manufactured in the U.S. under AWS, AISC and ISO 9001 quality assurance protocols.
  • Molded FRP “clamshells” assemble quickly on-site, reducing logistics complexity.
  • FRP materials are non-corrosive and lighter than steel, combining durability with a high strength-to-weight ratio.

Procurement

Construction

  • Installed with a Mobilram and a three-person certified crew — no heavy rigging, no large ground crew.
  • No drilling, excavation, rebar or concrete cure time.
  • Ready for structures immediately after installation, cutting schedules by weeks compared to concrete and steel.
  • Smaller equipment footprint allows installations in limited access and limited disturbance sites.

  • Seismic- and storm-resilient foundations validated through independent load testing and field performance.

With smaller crews and lighter equipment, you get leaner job sites that are easier to manage and safer to run.

You build to last

Your foundation won’t crack, corrode or need constant patching. FASTepc’s patented FRP piles deliver strength that holds for decades.

You get cleaner construction

Your site stays safer and there’s far less impact. No excavation, no spoil removal and no toxic coatings.

You win more bids

With faster installs and predictable costs, you can bid more competitively — and still protect your margins.

You see proof in the ground

Your results aren’t based on theory. FASTepc has delivered real projects nationwide — faster, stronger and smarter than concrete.

Partners in proof

Independent testing, trusted engineering, proven installation

Every FASTepc piling is more than a product — it’s the result of collaboration with some of the most respected names in engineering, construction and standards. From laboratory validation to field installation, our partners ensure that FASTepc’s patented push pilings are tested, trusted and ready for the toughest conditions.

Terracon: geotechnical & structural testing expertise

Terracon brings national authority in geotechnical engineering and soil analysis. Their role goes far beyond a stamp of approval:

  • Full-scale load testing per EPRI guidelines.
  • Validation across sandy soils, wet environments and high water tables.
  • Independent confirmation of capacity, deflection and rotation limits.

By putting FASTepc piles through rigorous, repeatable tests, Terracon — in collaboration with DiGioia Gray Inc., now Gannett Fleming — proves design models hold up in the real world.

Gannet Fleming Transystems: full-scale structural validation

With more than 100 years of infrastructure experience, Gannett Fleming provides engineering credibility few firms can match. Their testing and validation focus on:

  • Confirming load transfer and structural capacity under extreme stress.
  • Reviewing performance against stringent codes and specifications.
  • Documenting results that engineers and owners can rely on for critical projects.
Mobilram crews: installation without excavation

Proving performance doesn’t end in the lab. It happens on-site. Mobilram installation crews bring FASTepc foundations to life, showing how the push pile system delivers in practice:

  • Driving piles without excavation, drilling or cure time.
  • Setting pilings in days instead of weeks.
  • Reducing jobsite disruption and crew size, and eliminating spoil removal.

Mobilram installations demonstrate that speed and safety can go hand in hand, making FASTepc a practical choice for owners and contractors alike.

266 Native LLC

266 Native has proven to be an exceptional partner for FASTepc as an approved installer, consistently demonstrating reliability, technical expertise and a strong commitment to quality on every project.

Standards that matter: AWS, AISC, ISO 9001

Manufacturing credibility is built on compliance with recognized standards. Standards FASTepc pilings are produced under include:

  • AWS (American Welding Society): certified weld processes and inspections.
  • AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction): structural fabrication quality.
  • ISO 9001: International benchmarks for consistent, repeatable processes.

These certifications guarantee that every piling is produced with the same level of precision and reliability, project after project.

When you choose FASTepc, you’re not just choosing a new foundation system — you’re choosing a network of trusted partners who validate, install and certify every piling. That means less risk, faster timelines and stronger results for your project.
